Stell Anderson

Stell Anderson

Stell Anderson is known for her authentic warm presence, depth of listening, emotional intelligence, clear communications, and attention to the non-verbal and somatic expression. Stell is a Newfield Certified Ontological Coach (NCOC) and has been on faculty with Newfield Network as a Senior Coach, Tele-class Presenter and Trainer, since 2000.

She holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level Certification with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a communication specialist with emphasis on ontological coaching, training, facilitation, counseling, and collaboration. Her 20 years of experience includes executives, managers, educators, couples, and students. She brings tremendous competency in creating awareness through movement, language, moods and emotions, Identifying Master Assessments and Powerful questioning.

Stell is a graduate of Boston University and the University of Stockholm, in which she holds a BS with emphasis on International Relations, a Graduate of Ontological Design Course, Newfield Network’s Ontological Coach Training, The Institute of Movement Psychology Five Rings Program and The Institute for Embodied Wisdoms signature Art of Leadership Mastery Program.

Stell’s love for tropical breezes has brought her back to my original island home of St. Croix USVI part of the year. Her other favorite home in Ojai California allows her the best of both worlds. When not on the job, Stell is learning something new, walking, swimming, snorkeling, playing pickleball, adventuring, spending time with her two adult daughters and their families or visiting friends.

Kari Azuma

Kari Azuma is a certified coach from the Newfield Network Institute and has coached executives and board members of influential companies, entrepreneurs, mothers, coaches, and leaders in the health and wellness sectors.

Previously, she has specialized in coaching mothers through her program The Integrated Woman and her retreat, Threshold, by using a unique style of coaching grounded in nature connection work, breath work, ritual, linguistic distinctions, somatic practices and powerful execution of action steps toward a declared vision.

Most recently, she has realized that the culmination of her work has led to where the root of most of our choices live- the nervous system. She now supports ALL women in excavating layers of safety patterns through a combination of deep intuitive work on with the subconscious, somatic practices, and traditional ontological coaching.

Her mission is to support true feminine leadership by helping women build massive safety in their bodies in order to courageously live their values.

Nicole Cronin

Nicole Cronin

Nicole Cronin is a certified Vinyasa and Hatha yoga teacher in San Francisco, lifelong athlete, facilitator of wellness retreats, and graduate of the Art of Leadership Mastery program at the Institute for Embodied Wisdom. In 2012, after breaking her back and losing her fiancé in a car accident, Nicole deepened her commitment to sharing her passion for health, wellness and vitality.

Nicole’s belief is that each individual has their own need for balance between knowledge, inspiration and refining the connection to one’s own body wisdom and inner voice. To achieve peak wellness, Nicole encourages a practice of fine tuning one’s daily relationship to physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Allow her to effectively design strategies to improve your team’s overall health, and she will happily and enthusiastically guide you.

Jon Love

Jon Love

Jon Love has a genuine, strong, sensitive presence and is extremely welcoming. Jon is well grounded in the field of somatics, ontology and leadership and serves as a coach in our signature Art of Leadership Mastery Program after a four year apprenticeship with Scott Coady.

Jon served as an executive with The Pachamama Alliance, as a key member of the development team that created a multi-media educational symposium delivered by volunteers. In the first four years, over 2500 facilitators were trained to lead the symposium and over 100,000 people have attended.

As the Founder and Senior Partner of Leadership for Social Change, Jon has been a practitioner of Organizational Transformation for over 25 years. He has assisted dozens of companies to develop leadership at all levels of the organization, ensuring that breakthrough results are accomplished by the people of the enterprise.

Using a model of leadership that incorporates effective practices derived from diverse and eclectic sources, grounded in somatic, linguistic, and emotional competence, Jon guides participants to discover and then realize commitments that have been suppressed and gone unfulfilled until now.

Brennan Smith

Brennan Smith has dedicated his career to consulting and training global leaders. He specializes in training foreign affairs professionals and consulting international organizations to generate high-performance teams that produce visionary results despite the high-risk, high-stress environments in which they operate.

Prior to his consulting and coaching work in government, Brennan was one of the most respected hypnotherapists in the entire hypnosis community. Through his decade-long private practice, his teaching on the faculty of two hypnosis colleges, his hypnosis audio downloads on-line, and his group workshops, Brennan has generated transformational change in the lives of over 100,000 people.

He is the author of The Art of Inspired Action, and writes the Inspired Leadership column on the Huffington Post.Brennan has been featured as a guest on TV and radio and tele-seminars around the world, speaking on the subjects of leadership, human potential, and life transformation. He is a founding member of the Association of Transformational Leaders.

Lindsey Welch

Lindsey Welch

Lindsey Welch has been on staff at the Institute for Embodied Wisdom since 2006. Lindsey is a coach in the Institutes’ signature Art of Leadership Mastery program and offers one-on-one coaching for individuals.

Having graduated from Newfield Network’s prestigious ontological coach training program and her deep involvement in the Art of Leadership Mastery program since its inception, Lindsey is strongly grounded in leadership, linguistics, and somatic learning. She brings a tremendous competency in deep listening and coaches from a place of acceptance, joy, tenderness, and inspiration.

Her commitment to others and their growth and development is evidenced consistently through her passion and enthusiasm for others success and happiness. Lindsey is married to her high school sweetheart, Justin and they have a ten-year old daughter, Kennedy. Lindsey is passionate about capturing the present moment through photography, loves travel, the beach and spends many hours at the softball field cheering on her daughter and team. She currently resides in her hometown of Ojai, Ca.
